Start your long weekend with a fun filled SUP Yoga Workshop this Saturday.
Whether you have a board or not this is your chance to learn the basic paddling skills and enjoy the morning calmness on the lake to tap into the beautiful flow of yoga on water!!
We will be going through the Basic Paddling Skills and some Safety instructions on land and then we will take it onto the lake – everyone at their own pace. We will enjoy a little tour on the water and then end in a yoga and meditation session with some delicious healthy snack on the way!
