Living by the lake Stand UP Paddling is a Must – Try. The Element of Water gives you the opportunity to get completely in tune with the lake, with nature and with yourself and to disconnect from everything else.
Whether you make it a workout or you prefer to glide gently across the surface of the lake – SUP is meditative, fun, balancy, takes you out of your comfort zone, makes you feel real, and it makes you feel strong and powerful once you paddle with ease.

Adding yoga might be the next level but feeling the peace, listening to the birds, tuning in with the water beneath and connecting with our beautiful earth – that is Yoga. No matter which poses you manage to do or not to do!

Nicole Albisser is trained by Kristy Wright as a SUP Yoga Instructor and she is also a Paddle Canada certified SUP instructor (trained by  Norm Hann).

REGULAR CLASSES

For the Regular Classes you need to have taken a workshop or a lesson beforehand.

Thursday Evening 6.00 PM SUP and SIP (Old Town Bay)
Friday Morning 9.00AM SUP Yoga (Hummingbird Resort)

STAND UP PADDLING

Private Lesson (90Min): $95.- per Person (+ $15.- for equipment rental)

Group of 4 (90Min): $65.- per Person (+ $15.- for equipment rental)


SUP YOGA

Get yourself out of your comfort zone and get in tune with the beautiful lake. With the right tools and skills you will find your confidence and with that find peace.
If you would like to learn or deepen your paddling skills and enjoy some yoga on the water these two hours will exceed your expectations. 2 HOURS for $95.- per Person (a group of 4). This includes all your equipment.

Offering Private Group Sessions if you are planning to get together with some friends for a special location or special event.
